We started by eating differently.
mantra is a clean kitchen in the heart of Skopje, built around a simple idea: what you eat shows on your face.
The beginning
mantra started in a kitchen, not a boardroom.
The founder spent years trying to fix her skin from the outside - serums, peels, treatments, advice from every aesthetician in the city. Nothing worked the way it was supposed to. Then one summer, with nothing better to do, she changed what was on her plate.
Not a diet. Just food that was alive - bowls of color, juices that tasted like the garden, ingredients she could actually pronounce.

The truth nobody in either industry wants to tell you.
The skincare industry is worth nearly $200 billion a year. The food industry is worth fifty times that. And yet most of us spend more time reading serum labels than ingredient lists.
